We use T-Mobile, and the service has been fairly good. Our biggest problem is that you need to be in the metro area. If you get too far off the beaten path, (and that's not far), you don't have any service
Nextel is convient, especially since so many people I know have them. The walkie-talkie feature is fantastic! However, sometimes service is hard to get in remote areas.
As the Broker for REALTY/PRO Real Estate Centers Inc, I need a good cell phone. I prefer Nextel because of the direct link features.
Many of our Builders and contractors in the area communicate via the direct connect and when I have a Buyer who needs something done quickly; I can go directly to the person who makes the decisions. Sometimes that is the difference in Bringing a Buyer and Seller together.
